    Warehouse Officer

    Job Description

    • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate verification, labeling, and documentation of products.
    • Oversee inventory control processes, including stock monitoring, tracking, and reconciliation.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
    • Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of shipments.
    • Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Organize and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and facilitate easy access to products.
    • Utilize warehouse management systems and software to track inventory levels, generate reports, and streamline processes.
    • Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, procurement, and production, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
    • Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and adherence to quality standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution center, preferably within the FMCG industry.
    • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
    • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols.

    Administrative Officer

    Job Description:

    • The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the executive team and other team members as needed.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
    • Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and files.
    • Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and other departments in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports, including proofreading and editing.
    • Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
    • Manage and order office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained.

    Requirements

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with administrative procedures, including record-keeping and file management.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
