    Private Equity Analyst

    SUMMARY: 

    The Private Equity Analyst will be involved in the deal sourcing, analysis, execution, monitoring and exit of private equity investments. Our client seeks individuals who embody our core values & have demonstrated history of academic and professional achievement.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop financial models using appropriate tools.
    • Prepare investment committee memorandums and participate in investment committee presentations.
    • Participate in the due diligence/ underwriting process on new potential investments.
    • Work with the deal team on portfolio management of select assets.
    • Function as a contact for existing funds and joint venture relationships.
    • Support the development of recommendations and action plans for investments based on financial analysis.
    • Conduct investment/ market research.
    • Review and respond to requests from LPs and investment partners.
    • Assist with capital raising and various investor relations requests.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND

    • 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking/ Private Equity/ Corporate Finance.
    • Strong financial modelling experience.
    • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
    • High degree of integrity and personal and professional ethics.
    • Desire to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization.

    Chief of Staff

    Responsibilities

    • Lead strategic initiatives that will help drive business growth and operational improvements, working with key executives. Identify and analyze opportunistic corporate and business development opportunities.
    • Assist the Chairman to strategically align time with key priorities, milestones, deadlines, and decisions.
    • Provide thought leadership and leadership on a variety of crossfunctional projects. Using strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, the Technical Assistant will lead projects and initiatives that cut across multiple departments at all levels.
    • Work closely with the Chairman to strategize, plan for and develop presentations/ materials for internal and external use.
    • Manage the creation/coordination of key presentations to the Executive Team and/or Partners

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS/BACKGROUND

    • At least 5 years of work experience in a multinational professional services firm (Financial Services or Consulting preferred).
    • Bachelor’s degree from a global university (preferred).
    • Proven experience managing/organizing multiple workstreams and/or teams, with demonstrated ability to coordinate several workstreams simultaneously through to completion.
    • Previous work experience supporting senior teams and engaging senior/high-level stakeholders. Experience directly supporting an Executive preferred.
    • Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
    • Extremely versatile and proficient in use of technology to optimize work processes. Demonstrated expertise of Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel etc. required.
    • Demonstrated result orientation and resourcefulness, with a track record in project management and completion.
    • Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment, with excellent teamwork and diplomatic skills. Strong EQ required.
    • Evidence of leadership experience, including building and managing teams.
    • A team player with good leadership skills
