Training Officer at Morris Royal Limited

Job Description

• He will be in charge of the training school.
• The Training Officer will be responsible for the sourcing of security operatives/guards.
• He will be responsible for the training of the security operatives/guards and must be capable of maintaining the pool of guards and
• He will be reporting to the Head of Operations (HOP) and must be willing to assist the HOP and attend to tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• A minimum of HND or Bachelor Degree in any Social Science course with experience in a similar role in a security company will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Attention to details and a goal getter.
