    Admin Analyst

    Role Description

    • Primary objectives will be centered around managing and supporting Assetium’s infrastructure, while contributing to the smooth operation of related functions.
    • As an Admin Analyst, you will be responsible for performing administrative support tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • You will handle various administrative duties, such as managing office supplies, organizing and maintaining files, and preparing reports.
    • Your role will contribute to the smooth operation of the company and support the overall success of the team.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Office Appliances and Equipment Management:
    • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of all office appliances and equipment, including printers, copiers, phones, and computers etc.
    • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently and to reduce downtime.
    • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring that essential items are in stock, and reorder supplies as necessary.
    • Coordinate with IT department to resolve any technical issues related to office equipment and systems.
    • Monitor and maintain the office environment to ensure it is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.
    • Liaise with cleaning, security, and facilities services to ensure the office is maintained to a high standard.
    • Implement and oversee office safety protocols, including emergency evacuation procedures.
    • Provide administrative support to HR departments as needed, including data entry, file management, and preparing reports.
    • Assist in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical support.
    • Manage office space allocations and arrangements, including desk assignments and office expansions or reconfiguration.
    • Negotiate contracts with office service providers and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
    • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues related to service delivery.
    • Manage office-related projects, such as office moves or renovations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Analyze office processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • And other Ad hoc delegated to you.

    Minimum Education Qualifications

    • BSc Business Administration or relevant course

    Required Experience

    • 0-5 years Experience

    Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a tea.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
