Responsiblities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bakery including baking decorating and packaging of baked good
• Ensure that all baked goods are made to the highest quality and presentation standards
• Develop new recipe and products to expand our menu offerings and appeal to a wide range of customers
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure bakery is fully stocked and prepared for daily operations
• Continually evaluate and improve the bakery's products and processes to ensure ongoing success and growth
