Biology Educator at Wellspring College

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Biology Educator to join our dedicated team. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive Biology lessons aligned with the Nigerian and British Curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor students' progress and provide feedback. Set objectives for students to meet, and develop a plan of action in helping students to achieve excellent results in all internal and external examinations
• Apply 21st century system of education in teaching, learning and evaluation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.
• Organization and preparation of students for academic competitions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in biology Education, or related 
• Teaching Certification or relevant teaching experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience teaching Biology in a secondary school setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
