    Business Analyst (Projects & Content Development)

    A reputable professional membership organization with international affiliation is undergoing expansion.

    The organization seeks highly talented and versatile individuals to join its Secretariat.

    Reporting to the Executive Secretary, the Analyst is responsible for:

    • Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, feasibility studies, resource allocation and other relevant reports;
    • Coordinate with stakeholders, volunteers and consultants to implement projects and initiatives;
    • Assist with conducting internal meetings and streamlining the overall workflow of new and existing projects;
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, budget and schedule; and with cost savings;
    • Perform researches and data analysis and produce insights to support business recommendations;
    • Assist to prepare project and Secretariat budgets;
    • Prepare well-structured content drafts and submit work to editors for input and approval;
    • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to develop content and/or illustrate articles where required;
    • Perform ad-hoc research to develop and produce new and relevant content from time to time,
    • Draft periodic content including articles and newsletters relevant to the member community. Utilize industry and organizational knowledge to create timely and compelling content;
    • Contribute creative and strategic ideas for campaigns and other marketing initiatives;
    • Develop and administer surveys as may be required from time to time for member community, internal use or corporate clients;

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Business Management, Accounting/ Statistics, or a related field;
    • 4+ years proven work experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst or a similar role;
    • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery;
    • Communication skills to collaborate at all levels, working with other team members and volunteers to move projects forward;
    • Experience using documentation tool (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project management software and diagramming tool including flowcharts;
    • Experience in content development;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, multitasking and time-management skills;
    • Knowledge of modeling techniques and methods, and experience in business case development;
    • Team player;
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
