    Business Development and Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic Planning - Developing strategic plans and objectives for business growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
    • Market Research - Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and consumer preferences.
    • Lead Generation - Generating leads and prospecting new potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
    • Partnerships and Alliances - Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships, alliances, and relationships with other companies to expand market reach or enhance product offerings.
    • Sales Support - Providing support to the sales team by creating sales collateral, participating in client presentations, and assisting in closing deals.
    • Marketing Strategy - Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services, including digital marketing campaigns, advertising, and PR initiatives.
    • Brand Management - Managing and enhancing the company's brand image and reputation through various marketing and branding efforts.
    • Budget Management - Developing and managing budgets for marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and other related activities.
    • Analysis and Reporting - Analyzing marketing and sales data to measure performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
    • Team Leadership - Leading and managing a team of marketing and business development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
    • Customer Relationship Management - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Competitive Analysis - Monitoring competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Work alongside with the digital marketer to promote sales
