Key Responsibilities

• Teaching: Deliver engaging and informative Business Studies lessons to students across [Key Stages/Year Groups], ensuring a deep understanding of key concepts and practical applications.
• Curriculum Development: Design and implement a curriculum that reflects current business practices and aligns with educational standards, incorporating innovative teaching methods and technology.
• Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Classroom Management: Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and collaboration.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices and contribute to departmental meetings and school activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Experience: Previous experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level is preferred. Newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and a passion for teaching Business Studies. Ability to use diverse instructional strategies to engage students.
