    CaaS Operations Manager

    Qualifications

    • A University degree or related
    • 3+ years minimum experience as an Operation Manager or Customer Service Manager in the Energy Sector
    • Must be vast in managing the Call Centre reps
    • Conversant with cooling as a service business model and onboarding partners
    • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Experience reading and understanding technical specifications and construction documents.
    • Experience with professional oral and written communication skills.
