Responsibilities

• Help students identify their abilities, capacities, and interests, preventing dropout.
• Help to counselas a school psychologist while delivering counseling sessions.
• The counselor must create and deliver a robust research-based school counseling program using data and student needs .
• Assist students with challenges.
• Mental health and social-emotional learning.
• Communicate with parents and guardians; Mediate disputes between students.
• Keep records of incidents and behavior.
• Help students plan and reachgoals.
• Developing and implement an all-encompassing educational andcounselingplan.
• Teachesconflict resolutiontechniques, promote empathy.

Qualification

• 1-3 years of work experience.
