Client Service Executive at Gems Communications Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed records
• Develop and implement new and innovative ways to gain competitive advantage.
• Source for new clients and develop retention strategy for both existing and new clients.
• Ensure compliance pictures are taken and sent to clients timely.
• Regularly relates with clients to effectively deliver agreed deliverables/ deviations on posting contracts.
• Prepare and submit weekly and quarterly reports.
• Effectively execute and interpret the client’s brief
• Ensure daily management of accounts.
• Regular submission of updated vacant sites to clients
• Develop and regularly maintain mailing schedules.
• Develop Online Marketing Strategies
• Follow-up calls to clients and prospects
• Liaison with stakeholders: client services team, clients, IT, head of departments, CEO, etc.
• Auxiliary function (applicable to all staff)

Requirements:

• Good knowledge and use of digital tools
• Fluency in communication
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Have a good understanding of social media
• Good knowledge of reporting tools, Excel, Word, and Applications
• Keeping up to date with current affairs
• Confidence
