• The Compliance Officer oversees and executes all aspects of regulatory compliance, ensure the company functions in a legal and ethical manner in all her businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage an effective compliance program and procedures in line with the company’s businesses.
• Help the organization have strong and effective compliance controls.
• Establish reliable internal controls, and then ensure that they are followed in all branches of the company.
• Spread awareness of policies, and promote the observation of practices and procedures designed to ensure compliance.
• Evaluating business activities to assess compliance risk.
• Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
• Proactively auditing processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses.
• Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance, and scope.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in a relevant field
• Strong organizational skill
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel
• 2-3 years’ experience in relevant field.
