    Corporate Finance Associate

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Financial Modelling and Valuation.
    • Capital Raising Strategy
    • Investor Relations and Roadshows
    • Transaction Execution
    • Regulatory Compliance
    • Post-Funding Integration
    • Stakeholder Communication

    ELIGIBILITY

    • 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
    • An MBA in Finance / ICAN Certification will be an added advantage
    • Demonstrated experience in capital raising. and financial advisory services
    • Experienced in handling credit ratings.
    • Great teamwork and communication skills.
