Job description

• Creating marketing campaigns and working closely with organization's branch manager
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
• Contributing to the Branch target marketing plan.
• Meeting targets and writing reports on performance
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
• Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.
• Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
• Grow the organization's client base
• Recovery of all loans granted upon your recommendation to customers under your portfolio
• Ensure that all loans under your watch remains performing.
• Receive loan applications.
• Conduct customer’s creditworthiness assessment through careful inspection of the viability of his products, services, sales, purchases, and cash flow.
•  Facilitate individual and group loans.
• Test the cohesiveness of group loan applicants.
• Collect cash for loan repayment and remit to the cash office/bank account.
• Monitor compliance with loan repayment terms.
• Deliver loan targets and prevent delinquent loans.
• Evaluate loan applications and conduct thorough credit analysis to determine borrowers' eligibility and creditworthiness.
• Assess financial documents, credit reports, and collateral valuations to make informed lending decisions.
• Structure loan products and terms based on clients' needs, risk assessment, and internal policies.
