    Customer Service Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Answering questions about a company’s products or services
    • Processing orders and transactions
    • Delivering information about a company’s offerings
    • Handling customer complaints
    • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
    • Responding to customer reviews
    • Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc Degree with 2-7 years experience.
