    Customer Support Executive

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in customer support or a related role (1-3 years).
    • Qualifications- BSC
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Empathetic and patient approach to assist customers with their inquiries and issues.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer concerns effectively.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer interactions.
    • Adaptability to new processes and changes in customer support strategies
