    Director, Sales Enablement

    About The Team

    The Policy & Partnerships team engages with visionary political and Government leadership to help shape policy, strengthen delivery and impact complex education systems through comprehensive technical support. We work to ensure policies support children’s access, opportunity and advancement, and that there is an enabling environment for governments to work with technical assistance partners to enact large-scale system transformation. We ensure close collaboration, communication, and engagement with our government partners whom we serve in existing programs and the rest of the delivery teams to ensure we deliver on the promise of our program, and that the government sees solutions coming to the fore, and is participating in the work and recognizes the impact taking place. In support of the government program, may also engage with other dynamic influencers (NGOs, think-tanks, academicians, and bi- and multilateral agencies) to unlock additional support for our government programming and children in underserved communities. It is our responsibility to ensure that the program we deliver is understood by our government partner, and to negotiate any changes or updates or new needs in the program as it evolves, and to seek its expansion and renewal, based on successful track-record and measured improved learning and positive impact.

    About The Role

    • The Sales Enablement Director will be responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Policy & Partnership organization to track progress, enhance efficiency and effectiveness to closing new partnerships.

    What You Will Do

    Implementation and Management of Sales Pipeline Tracking Tool

    • Manage data importation and ensure the tool is prepopulated with relevant information.
    • Conduct thorough training sessions for the team, ensuring proficient use of the tool.
    • Oversee compliance with pipeline management protocols, including stage reporting, note updating, and probability assessments.
    • Generate reports and analyze data from the pipeline tool to inform sales progress.

    Sales Process Map and Coordination

    • Maintain and enhance detailed map of the sales process, outlining essential activities and coordination at each stage

    Project Management

    • For each opportunity in the pipeline based on its stage in the sales process, support the Policy & Partnership team with coordinating the following deliverables:
    • Production of Rollout Plans (in coordination with Policy & Partnerships, Partnership Launch and Finance teams)
    • Production of Customer-facing pricing charts (in coordination with Finance teams)
    • Coordination across multiple departments to ensure delivery of key cross-departmental projects (M&E reports, field research coordination with field teams, marketing/brand proposals, and more)
    • Coordinate deal desk with Finance and Partnership Launch to ensure draft contract and payment plans are created
    • Track and support procurement processes and facilitate a smooth transition to implementation

    What You Should Have

    • Proven Sales Pipeline Management: Extensive experience in managing and ideally implementing CRM tools, with a demonstrated ability to utilize technology to streamline sales processes.
    • Advanced Project Management: Solid track record of managing complex projects across multiple locations and departments.
    • Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills, with a flair for interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights.
    • B2B Sales Expertise: Experience in a B2B sales environment, with a deep understanding of Account Based Marketing and sales processes.
    • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Organizational Mastery: Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in records and reporting.
    • Proactive Leadership: A self-starter with a result-oriented approach, constantly seeking to drive performance and achieve targets.
