    Drivers Administration Manager

    Descriptions

    • Responsible for providing highly skilled pool of drivers for operational activities.
    • Provision of regular driver performance reports.
    • Following up with operations managers on driver requests, questions and driver issues that require immediate attention and answers
    • Provide support to drivers as relates to safe delivery of customer orders and delivery turnaround time.
    • Responsible for reviewing purchase requests for driver protective gears, uniforms etc.

    Requirement / Qualifications

    • A first Degree in Transport Management or any other related course.
    • 6 - 8 years' experience with the last 3 years in a managerial / supervisory role.
