    Export Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Export Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and expanding international sales of rPET products.
    • This includes identifying and acquiring new customers, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with all export regulations.
    • The role requires expertise in global trade processes, market research, and sales strategies to promote rPET products in international markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    Export Sales Strategy Development

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase export sales and revenue.
    • Identify potential international markets and customers for rPET products.
    • Conduct market research and analyze global market trends.

    Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new international customers.
    • Manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all export clients, providing excellent customer service.

    Export Process Management

    • Coordinate the logistics of product exportation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
    • Prepare and process all necessary documentation for export orders, including invoices, shipping documents, and regulatory compliance forms.
    • Liaise with shipping and logistics companies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

    Sales Negotiation & Contract Management

    • Negotiate terms and conditions with international clients to close sales deals.
    • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with both company policies and international regulations.

    Sales Reporting & Forecasting

    • Monitor export sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
    • Track and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and forecasts.
    • Set and achieve export sales targets in line with business objectives.

    Compliance & Risk Management

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable export regulations and trade laws, including customs and import/export restrictions.
    • Stay up to date with changes in trade regulations, tariffs, and international trade agreements.

    Collaboration & Coordination

    • Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth export operations.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for international markets.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the plastics or manufacturing industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing international customer relationships and sales processes.
    • Strong understanding of export regulations, customs requirements, and logistics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
