Field Section Manager (FSM) at Daily Need

 Daily Need Distributors Ltd. is a leading FMCG distributing firm in West Africa with Head Office in Abuja, Nigeria. We have been delivering excellent value for over 20 years of existence.

We are currently recruiting for the position below:

Responsibilities:

• You are primarily responsible for  delivery on coverage, volume, and initiatives execution
• You are to lead and train the sales team at daily morning meetings
• Review performance of each Sales Representative under your supervision
• Ensure Inventory availability/supply
• Set monthly, quarterly and annual targets for Sales Representatives under your supervision
• Report market and competitors activities such as promo, pricing, etc.
• Avoid Account Receivable (AR) arising from customers or Sales Representative

Minimum Requirement:

• Must be a matured, responsible and well mannered
• 3 to 5 years experience in Sales is required.
• Must have minimum qualification of BSC.
• Ability to read, write and do arithmetics
• Possession of Valid Driver's Licenses and not learner's permit.
• Ability to drive and have knowledge of Abuja route with a Valid Driver’s Licence (This is very important).
• Ability to use a computer effectively
• Must possess leadership skills
