General Manager (Restaurant Operations) at West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE)

Key Responsibility:

• Serve as Head of Operations and responsible for the final reporting activities of all departments
• Develop and improve restaurant processes with a particular focus on ensuring each department follows its processes.
• Oversee each department's operations and work with the department's head or members, ensuring the smooth running of each Department’s operations – Facility, Procurement, Accounting, Customer Service, and overall day-to-day management of the restaurant’s operations.
• Handle third-party liaison and relationship management
• Provide monthly reports of business operations
• Hours: Restaurant operates 7 Days a Week, with a one day off duty

Requirements

• A Degree in any Social Sciences
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality space and in a similar role
• Managerial, Supervisory Leadership, and Team building skills
• Capacity to manage fast-paced restaurant operations
• Knowledge of operations and process management and implementation
• Good written and verbal communication and report writing skills
• Apt imagination and ability to think and create
• Skillful in interface management
• Team spirit, good work ethics, and work culture
• Entrepreneurship mindset
