    HR and Office Manager

    Job Summary

    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
    • Handle employee relations, address grievances, and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
    • Conduct training sessions for employees
    • Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and coordinate employee recognition programs.
    • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services.
    • Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling mail and deliveries.
    • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
    • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
