    HR Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
    • The ideal candidate will manage key HR functions, including payroll, attendance, leave administration, and filing, while maintaining compliance with company policies.

    Responsibilities
    Payroll Management:

    • Accurately process payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Handle employee deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related tasks.

    Attendance Monitoring:

    • Oversee employee attendance using the Biometric Machine and generate attendance reports.
    • Address discrepancies and ensure accurate record-keeping.

    Leave Administration:

    • Manage and track employee leave requests, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
    • Maintain an up-to-date leave database for all employees.

    Filing and Record Keeping:

    • Ensure proper filing of employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
    • Maintain confidentiality of HR documents and handle them in accordance with data protection regulations.

    HR Support:

    • Assist with recruitment, on boarding, and staff orientation processes as needed.
    • Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and projects.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles with a strong focus on payroll, attendance monitoring, and leave administration.
    • Proficiency in the use of HR software and Biometric Machines for attendance management.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
