    Human Resource Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
    • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Employee Relations
    • Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives and conducting evaluations.
    • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and benefits enrollment.
    • Policy and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
    • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
    • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and administrative processes.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with HR and administrative staff.
    • High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
    • Knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
