    Human Resources Business Partner

    A leading FMCG in Ogun State(Sagamu) with presence in Lagos State is hiring for below positions:

    Functions

    • Support the Company in Recruitment/policy drafts, salary fitment, presentations, manpower planning, survey, records management for talents, performance management, disciplinary/welfare issues, Engagements, etc.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 7 years work experience in FMCG is very mandatory.
    • Possession of CIPMN an advantage.
    • Talent must be good in excel, Powerpoint and very conversant with the Nigerian Labour Law and Factories Act.
