    Human Resources Officer

    About the job

    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
    • Provide counselling on policies and procedures to staff
    • Be actively involved in recruitment & selection, posting ads and documenting the hiring process as directed.
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans in line with the company policy
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
    • Maintain employee records attendance for monthly payroll.
    • Ensure employment and working conditions are in line with the company policy and legal compliance
    • Coordinate daily work routine, ensure all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
    • Partner with department supervisors for the health and safety of all employees.
    • Attending to staff on issues affecting their daily operations.
    • Administer accurate filing and proper record-keeping of employee information both hard and soft copies
    • Drive the implementation of payroll and benefits administration as directed
    • Plus, any daily additional assignment by the management. 

    Requirements and skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration and social sciences 
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
    • Proven experience as HR officer and other HR related roles
    • Knowledge of HR functions - attendance, payroll, recruitment, correspondence etc.
    • Understanding of employment laws and disciplinary procedures
    • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS- ERP is a plus
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
    • Strong ethics and reliability with full understanding of HR best practices.
