    Human Resources Personnel

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Hotel Capitol located in Ikeja.
    • The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including HR management, HRIS, benefits administration, and training.

    Qualifications

    • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
    • Benefits Administration
    • Training
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
