    Interior Design Facilitator

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Interior Design Facilitator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring educator with a deep knowledge of interior design principles, trends, and practices. As a facilitator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our students by delivering engaging and practical lessons, guiding projects, and providing mentorship.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver comprehensive interior design curriculum, including lectures, workshops, and hands-on projects.
    • Provide individual and group mentoring to students, offering constructive feedback and support.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in interior design to ensure curriculum relevance.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
    • Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
    • Participate in school events, exhibitions, and industry collaborations.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program by providing insights and recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design.
    • Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
