    ISP Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software system faults.
    • Install, configure, and maintain internet connection, network cabling, and other related equipment, and devices, additions or upgrades of hardware/software and configuring of wireless access point, router with wireless and related equipment.
    • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
    • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
    • Track and properly log al network system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
    • Implement network security and provide technical support, anti-virus updates, manage host security and other related PCs.
    • Visit customer site to install/configure modem/device & solve other related internet issues, follow up with clients to ensure their networks are fully functional after troubleshooting.
    • Come up with customers’ site survey and draw diagram, included laying cable.
    • Recommend, design, install, test and deliver service improvements.
    • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
    • Prepare accurate and timely reports.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of CCNA Certification or equivalent experience.
    • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
    • 3 - 5 years experience in the telecom or similar job specification
    • Good and working understanding of Radio, Tx and Core LTE network

    Competencies:

    • Knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, ADSL, DNS Networking, Cisco Router, and Switch are an advantage
    • Customer Support Experience.
    • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
    • Communication skills.
    • Creatively solve problems.
    • Analytical skills.
    • Results Driven.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Problem-solving.
    • Customer handling and inter-personal skills.
    • Strong planning, organising and prioritising abilities.
    • Ability to cope with change and adapt quickly.
