    IT Advisor

    Responsibilities

    • Resolving Hardware, Software and Network Issues.
    • Providing technical IT support to all employees.
    • Installing and Configuring of Computer Software and Hardware Systems.
    • Managinging employees' emails and the organization's ERP software.

    Requirements

    • A good Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other IT related fields from any recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 5 years of cognate IT support services experience.
    • Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, VPN and Wi-Fi.
    • Strong Analytical Skills.
    • CompTIA A+, CISCO, HCNA or relevant IT certifications preferred.
