Role Overview

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support all aspects of fund operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our investment portfolios. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of multiple funds, including trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Monitor portfolio performance and conduct analysis to support investment decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to fund activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including custodians, brokers, and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency and control.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of CFA level 1 passed
• 1-3 years of experience in fund operations, portfolio management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with portfolio management systems and financial software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
