    Learning & Employee Engagement Officer

    Job Summary:

    • The Learning and Engagement Officer will support the execution and evaluation of talent development initiatives.
    • The role will focus on improving employee engagement, enhancing learning experiences, and fostering a culture of continuous development within the organization. Knowledge of graphic design is an added advantage for creating visually engaging materials.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee learning and development progress.
    • Provide administrative support for training schedules, registration, and post- training evaluations.
    • Assist with the execution of learning and development programs, including workshops, e-learning, and leadership development initiatives.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Support the identification of high-potential employees and develop tailored growth opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and satisfaction across various teams.
    • Organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and company-wide initiatives.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee feedback and collaborate with departments to address concerns.

    Graphic Design (Advantageous):

    • Create visually appealing content for employee communication, including posters, newsletters, and training materials.
    • Assist in developing branding for talent and engagement programs.

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or any related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning Administration, employee engagement, or HR-related roles.
    • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and training programs is preferred.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of employee engagement best practices and HR metrics.
    • Graphic Design Skills (added advantage): Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for creating internal communications.
