    Marketing and Sales Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Management & Creative Scoping: Handle client accounts, scope their needs and requirements, and support in delivering creative and branding services to ensure alignment with their business objectives.
    • Proposal, Quotes & Order Writing: Put together pricing proposals/quotes for clients based on service scope.
    • Creative Problem Solving: Develop creative ideas and solutions to address client business challenges and enhance brand positioning.
    • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client expectations.
    • Client-Facing Role: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing all aspects of client services.
    • Brand Success: Drive brand success by elevating brand identity and positioning through strategic guidance and innovative branding solutions.
    • Data Entry Skills: Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of information.
    • CRM Management: Proficiency in CRM platforms with experience in managing customer data, tracking projects and updating costs and contact

    What Success Looks Like:

    • Client Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and successful project delivery.
    • Effective Proposal Writing: Translate brand needs into effective and clear pricing proposals
    • Creative Solutions: Successfully develop and implement creative ideas that solve client business challenges and enhance brand value.
    • Timely Delivery: Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet or exceed client expectations

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong background in creative branding and design.
    • Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva is preferred with a keen eye for branding and visual aesthetics
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write proposals and build rapport with clients.
    • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
    • Creative Mindset: Self-motivated, creative, and independent, with a passion for branding and innovation.
    • Remote Work Proficiency: Capable of working effectively in a remote setting, with strong collaboration skills.
