Marketing Executive at Ascentech Services Limited

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Executive with experience in the beauty/aesthetics and hospitality industries to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, engage customers, and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our beauty/aesthetics and hospitality services to target audiences.
• Create compelling marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation, to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth within the beauty/aesthetics and hospitality industries.
• Manage and analyze marketing data and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Identify and build partnerships with influencers, industry professionals, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Coordinate marketing events, activations, and promotions to drive foot traffic and sales.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in beauty/aesthetics and hospitality marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the beauty/aesthetics and hospitality industries.
•  Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive results.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
