• Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and technology to enhance operations.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained, and that the company complies with industry regulations and safety policies.
• Vendor & Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with customer service and sales teams to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and achievements.
