Outbound Supervisor (Fresh Graduate) at Egatee Online Ecommerce

Qualifications:

• HND Supply chain or relevant qualification
• Possession of a Bachelors in Procurement, Supply Chain or Business related is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the time management of the outbound team and address as and when necessary.
• Ensure all outbound team are well informed of all processes, procedures & policies.
• Prepare and execute bi-annual stock counts and cycle counts
• Ensure daily and weekly workloads are being assessed and that agents are working optimally.
• Ensure notification of price changes are communicated and implemented timorously.
• Communicate all issues and provide solutions where possible, i.e. failed deliveries, out of stocks etc.
