    Partnership Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify partnership opportunities for new business development; and lead the execution from initiating contacts, securing appointments, developing proposals, making presentations and negotiating funding and program sponsorship deal points.
    • Work with the Board Directors to build and sustain strategic partnerships and relationships with individuals, institutional donors, corporates and other stakeholders.
    • Implement fundraising strategies including campaigns, preparation and management of grant proposals, concept notes, donor response letters, etc.
    • Directly liaise with; and manage key stakeholder relationships (Board, Funders, Partners, Auditors, Advisers, Government Officials etc.).
    • Prepared the strategic and operational plans; drive execution; and own overall responsibility for delivering the hub’s strategic objectives
    • Prepare periodic management reports and presentations for the Board of Directors

    KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

    • Excellent leadership and influencing skills
    • Entrepreneurship spirit with a can-do attitude - ability to work in a start-up environment
    • Deep knowledge of the start-up/entrepreneurship ecosystem with a focus on entrepreneurship management, capacity building and training programs
    • Strong track record of fundraising, grants and sponsorship experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; including networking skills 
    • Ability to think strategically, out of the box and be innovative.
    • A go-getter, strong work ethic, problem-solving, and a result-oriented mindset
