    Planning / Budget Interface Engineer

    Job Summary

    • This job is created to ensure that the Company’s Inspection Programs are adequately captured in the Integrated Operation Planning and also to ensure handling of cost engineering functions involving budget preparation, cost control, forecasting and cost reporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Liaise with different departments in Inspection entities and collate all planned activities: current and ongoing.
    • Follow up day-to-day inspection activities and provide updates on areas to amend based on available Personnel-on-Board.
    • Reconcile and coordinate project cost data with client status reports.
    • Organize weekly meetings to review and update the activities in the 5WLAP.
    • Participate in 5WLAP meetings with all the Sites.
    • Participate in the 4MLAP.
    • Update inspection planned activities in PRIMAVERA.
    • Interface with the Integrated Operation Planning Team.
    • Ensure statutory and integrity compliance of facilities as required by statutory regulations and company rules.
    • Validate inspection procedures, guidelines, and work instructions.
    • Ensure CMIMS is structured and maintained up to date.
    • Interface with other Departments, as well as with contractors, prospective contractors, and vendors.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • BSc. in Engineering.
    • Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant capacity in project estimating and cost control.
    • Technically sound in project cost planning, scheduling, control, and reporting.
    • Relevant certification in project management or project controls, or project planning will be an advantage/preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of UNISUP/SAP.
    • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.
