Job Overview:

• Our client a leading fin-tech company in Nigeria is seeking to employ the service of a Field Support Officer (POS)

Job Responsibility:

• Resolving technical POS issues.
• Configuration of POS terminals upon request.
• Regular visits and support of merchants to ensure up-time on POS terminals.
• Managing POS Merchant settlements & reconciliation.
• Render excellent customer services to merchants.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a Field Support Representative in a bank or Fin-tech.
• HND/BSC in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must be highly organized.
