Product Designer at Chowdeck

About this role

• Our Product & Engineering team consists of multiple sub-teams that collaborate to define, create, and deliver all user-facing elements of the Chowdeck product.
• As a Product Designer, you will be a strategic partner to Engineering and Product Management within these teams.
• Your primary focus will be on designing functional and visually appealing products and experiences for the operations side of our platform.
• In this role, you will work closely with the operations team to shape the user-facing experiences that our users rely on daily.

We'll trust you to:

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for user-facing experiences, particularly focusing on the operations side of the product.
• Create and maintain design systems and standards to ensure consistency across our platforms.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Perform usability testing and analyse results to refine and improve the user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on user insights and operational requirements and Ensure all designs align with user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities.
• Work closely with the operations team, senior designers, developers, and product managers to define and deliver effective user-facing experiences.
• Participate actively in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions to align design work with broader product goals.
• Communicate design ideas, concepts, and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document design processes, decisions, and guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
