Job description

• Meeting with clients and stakeholders to discuss construction designs.
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Keep within budgets and timelines
• Ensure all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
• Follow architectural trends and advancements.
• Preparing budgets, material documents, and specification lists for client approval.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, master’s degree would be an added advantage
• Portfolio of completed projects.
• Advanced knowledge of design software including AutoCAD and Revit, and other related architectural software.
• Use of 3D and rendering software
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs.
• Project-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Strong technical expertise related to design and construction.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
