Job Description

• The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations including real estate development, budgeting, and communication with contractors, vendors and clients.
• The Project Manager will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, meets quality standards and is delivered safely.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related fields with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
• Professional certification in project management or real estate is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with contractors, vendors, and clients
• Proven project management experience in property development.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning for real estate projects
• Understanding of real estate principles and property management
• Proficiency in the use of project management software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
