Job Description

• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed construction plans and schedules for assigned projects.
• Monitor project budgets and maintain cost control measures.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to contractors and subcontractors.
• Track and document project activities, providing regular updates and reports.
• Work closely with vendors to source and manage project supplies.
• Help prepare tender documents and take part in project bidding processes.
• Use Computer Aided Design (CAD) software for project planning and visualization.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and foster collaboration within project teams.
• Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to project challenges.
• Prepare method statements for safe and efficient project execution.

Qualification & Skill:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.
• Excellent documentation abilities.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Demonstrated innovation in problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
