Job Description

• We are looking for a responsible quality control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day activities of the restaurant
• Ensure all occupant abide by the restaurant policy
• Monitoring food handling, storage and preparation
• Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers Quality Control ensure monitoring raw materials usage, ensure wastage are also Control
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dining areas. Maintain a clean, organized, safe working environment.
• Handling of reports

Requirements

• HND /B. sc in Hospitality Management
• 3-5years working experience
• Knowledge of restaurant management system and procedures
• Ability to multitask
• Must live within Ikotun area.
