    Recruitment Manager

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Surulere.
    • As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent globally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
    • Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
    • Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
    • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to recruitment, leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
    • Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to attract top talent.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience and increase hiring success rates.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 7-9 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on both IT and non-IT sectors.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing a team of recruiters, with a minimum of 20 members.
    • Global hiring exposure, with experience recruiting candidates from diverse backgrounds and geographies.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employer branding strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
    • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving hiring goals.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
    • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
