    Regional Sales Manager

    Overview

    • As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within the assigned region tachieve business goals and maximize sales growth.
    • The RSM will be responsible for supervising a team of sales representatives, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
    • Address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Oversee the execution of sales activities and ensure targets are met and exceeded.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends tadjust strategies as needed.
    • Ensure adherence tindustry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
    • Manage the regional sales budget.
    • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

    What it takes to succeed

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology, Medical Sciences, or a related field. 

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Proven track record of managing and leading a sales team.
    • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
    • Sales Pipeline Management

    Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability tanalyze data and market trends.
    • Process oriented
    • Ability torganize and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
    • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.

    Other Requirements:

    • Willingness ttravel within the region as required.

    Bonus Points

    • Demonstrated experience as a Regional Sales Manager within the pharmaceutical industry
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
