Relationship Officer at Karios Markets

Job Summary 

• Identify, encourage, acquire, develop, and manage new clients and business opportunities to drive growth and revenue to Karios Markets.
• Responsible for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets, primarily achieved through cold calling, networking events, and assisting face-to-face pitches.
• Handling client inquiries and ensuring that high-level services are provided.
• Support the clients in opening a live account, assist them in using the trading platform, and educate them on the company’s trading products as well as deposit and withdrawal procedures.
• Assist in the onboarding of IB’s, white label, franchise and other company partners.
• Develop, execute, and manage the business development strategy.
• Implement strategic plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations.
• Work and collaborate with the team to ensure KPIs are met.
• Keep up-to-date with the global financial market news on a daily basis.
• Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
• Pipeline management reporting target list development, execution from prospect clients to closing deals.
