    Sales Executive

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a sales executive with initiatives that drive brand awareness, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support.

    Responsibilities

    • Promote products and services to customers both new and existing
    • Generate new business prospects for the company via meetings and presentations
    • Meet periodic sales targets in line with organizations values and objectives
    • Participate in local exhibitions, conferences and other industry related activities
    • Maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers
    • Collect customer data, for the purpose of customer data management on sales calls
    • Reporting Market Research
    • Turn in a daily work report through the online and offline platform
    • Deliver new business ideas and market intelligence insights in form of price survey and brand awareness
    • General Management Deliver duties with respect to company’s core values
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures Improve current process by suggesting new operational approach Identify, report and mitigate risks associated with the job role

    Requirements

    • B.Sc/HND in any discipline
    •  2-5 years of working experience in real estate industry
    • Good communication & team spirit
    • Implement active marketing plans while increasing revenue.

    Salary
    Salary + Commission.
