    Sales Manager (Plastic Industry)

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
    • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize performance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the manufacturing industry, expanding the customer base.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
    • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing feedback and coaching to optimize results.
    • Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and customer needs to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, and industry-specific challenges.
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving performance and achieving results.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
    • Strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
